大内布拉斯加州医学院 & 外科服务的历史始于20世纪70年代末. Drs. 雷蒙德·奥尔森, Donald Wilkinson and James Bane leased property from the County and finished the building for their Box Butte Medical Center practice in 1976, 就在新落成的博斯巴特综合医院北边.

2008年1月, BBGH收购了Cody Medical Associates的业务, incorporating all of the clinic's office staff and its providers into Sandhills Family Center.
